    Can't create connection to system "Rithmic 01 (chicago) for Topstep Trader

    Hi,
    Under the properties tab of the connections menu, the "system" is greyed out and always defaults to "Topstep Trader" rather than "Rithmic 01 (chicago)" - See the attached screenshot for details Please correct and confirm to enable me continue my Topstep Trader combine.

    Thank you for your post. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can find this by going to Control Center > Help > About.

          Dear Support, Hi,

          I am also using NT8.0.013 - RC1. My logon to Rithmic 01 Chicago (Dorman) also fails with the error message indicating issues with connection parameters (ID, PW, etc.) and internet connections.

          However, I have no issue connecting with NT7, and had no issues with previous versions of NT8

          What is the fix? I know you asked the above member to contact your support, then everything is done behind the scene. It would be beneficial to all to show the fix here for all to benefit.
