    I was having the same issue at FXColo who are 500 times shorter ping than my connection in Australia.

    Actually is was happening more often.

        Sorry I cannot test this for you I forgot I need another licence, not thinking I just setup another pc...
        I just received an email out of the blue from FXCM.. maybe they will purchase one for me. I will reply to them again and ask.

          Does this issue seem to be directly related to trading to a live or paper FXCM account? If not, then you could test trading to Sim101 using the simulation key on your second PC:

              I think you will find the initial problem starts with the trade execution... that's why when I ran demo for data the charts kept updated but the live strategies and the executions page didn't update properly.

                Is it possible for you to trade only from the new PC as a test? I understand you would not be able to use your original PC and the new PC simultaneously, but this will allow us to narrow our troubleshooting further.

                Please let me know if the issue persists on the other PC.

                  Not at the moment mate.. I have strategies in play. It some times takes a week for the system to fall over.
                  Like I said before Ive had the same issue on 2 x VPS and a different PC. soon as I organise another live key I will test it out on demo.
