A Direct X Error

Hello

I just bought a brand new computer with Windows 10 installed.
I got a weird error message about Not enough storage is available to process this command.
I don't see anything like that on Windows 7.

I have attached the trace and log files.

I think I may have found the problem. Not sure

I loaded by mistake the NinjaTrader 32 bit version.

If I load the 64 bit the problem seems to disappear

Thank you for your reply.

Note that the NinjaTrader 64 bit will allow you to access more memory, whereas the 32 bit version can only access 4GB of memory.

We do recommend using the 64 bit provided that is it supported by your connectivity provider. I have provided a link to the Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider section of our help guide which includes information on 64-bit support.

What size monitors do you have and how many monitors? Do you recall did it happen as you try to move a chart?
