Google Symbol Map

I want to load data for the SDAX into NT8 (RC1).

In Google we have:
SDAX PERFORMANCEINDEX (INDEXDB:SDXP)

But what is the entry to be used in NT8 (RC1)?
I have a google connection defined. I have tried: INDEXDB:SDXP, SDXP:INDEXDB, SDXP.INDEXDB and simply SDXP. However, each time I dreaded "Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument".

In this very nice video there is the comment that Google symbol mapping can be complicated.

But how to resolve this?

In the trace file I get these messages:

2016-09-30 22:30:51:147 ERROR: Error resolving instrument: No symbol map set for instrument ^SDAX2 Xetra.
2016-09-30 22:30:51:148 ERROR: Unsupported / invalid instrument: ^SDAX2 Xetra.

Which is strange, as I have always at least the Google symbol map entry defined. But obviously NT8 is not happy with it.

The Google connection in NinjaTrader only offers Daily and greater Equities data, index data is not offered. The link below covers what data is available via each of our supported data providers.
