Draw.Text needs drawOnPricePanel parameter

Hi, would it be possible to have a 'bool drawOnPricePanel' parameter added to the Draw.Text method please?
In fact, I think it's better to have this parameter as an overload on all Draw methods instead of relying on a single indicator property. My subgraph indicators often need to draw on both the main price panel and their own sub graph panel.

AlanP, how about a request for another shortcut. To reference the FirstTickOfBar in an additional bar series requires an if(BarsInProgress == x) to work correctly. It would be handy to use something like FirstTickOfBars[x] to do something minor.
