    Template Problem With RC2

    NinjaTrader 8.0.0.14
    In operation Strategy Analizer "tamplate >> save" timeframe is not recorded !
    (always = 1)

    Hello Joni2,

    Could you take a screen shot of the affected screen and send it our way?

    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
    Click here for instructions
    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

        Thank you for providing that additional information. If we visit New -> Chart, and examine the text near the top of the template screen, we see the label

        Load template only (layout, indicators, and style)
        Data series values are not recorded as part of the template. For these, you will instead need to use Period Type Presets. I am including a link to the help guide section on presets for more information.
