    Charts not loading with data

    Hi

    I am having an issue getting my charts to show any data.

    I have one chart that shows data, but if I add another tab to that existing chart or I open a new chart, there is no data shown on those news charts.

    I can see the price marker moving but there is no data on the chart at all.

    If I change the time frame or instrument on my 1 working chart, it works fine.

    If I open a new workspace with a new chart, I still can't see any data.

    I was having issues with a custom indicator but I have since removed that indicator from Ninja and my PC but I'm still having this issue.

    Thank you for your note. I would like to investigate further by looking over your log and trace files.

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160615.xxxxx for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160615.xxxxx for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date).

      Hi

      The problem has been fixed - the issue was whenever I opened a new chart the bars were being set to transparent so I obviously couldn't see them.

      I never changed the color of the bars so I don't know how or why it did this.

      Do you still want the log or trace files?

        Thank you for the reply. It sounds like this may have been a chart template/default occurrence and there would be no need to view your Log and Trace files at this time. If anything else comes up, please let us know and we will be happy to provide further assistance.
