    Unable to download file on Ninjatrader Ecosystem

    Hi, I am trying to download this toolbar on Ecosystem website but it keeps giving me the spinning wheel, can you guys check?
    The shortcut toolbar was developed in NT7 and this version is the equivalent for NT8. However, instead of doing it in an indicator script, this time it is an add‐on script.     I am having no difficulty downloading from ecosystem currently. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of Windows are you using?
    • What web browsers are you using?
    • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
    • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

      I am using windows 10, and I have tried with all of my other devices and it still not working

                Hi!

                Cannot download from Ecosystem, no matter which browser I use, since quite a number of days already.

                Any hints on how to solve the downloading issue?

                      I'm having trouble also. worked fine last month. haven't worked in days. please send



                      Is there a way to bypass the download verification and just make the download a direct link to the zip? We understand the risks. we just want the file. Thanks.

                              Hi,
                              I tried 4 difference OS/browser combinations, and all have same results.

                              Windows 10/Chrome
                              Win 10/MS Edge
                              Android/Chrome
                              Android/Samsung internet

                              Win 10 is fully updated. I cleared cache and restarted multiple times, all same result.
                              Android just had Tmo update, I tried before and after update, restart multiple times, all same spinning wheel.
