I am trying to get a spread between the ^ADV and ^DECL (The Advance and Decline lines). I downloaded this indicator( Spreadcandlesticks) to Ninjatrader 8 in order to get this spread but when using it, it asks "Please define a second symbol." Does anyone know what this means?

Do you have a link to the item you are using?

The error sounds like you need to select a second instrument in the indicators properties. I am not sure what that would otherwise mean without seeing the indicators code or at least its properties in the user interface.
