Better Volume indicator version 4, Sept. 2008

Can anyone please translate/update the Better Volume indicator from emini-watch.com? The author updated it to version 4.

If I knew Easy Language I would definitely do it because this is a great indicator...

I'm starting to wonder if the same algorithm would be useful if applied to other indicators besides just volume? It could be worth considering.

I am not that good a programmer but if you can adapt and improve please share.
