This indicator doesn't update . It just sits there at the zero line . You have
to refresh the chart to get current readings . Be nice if it worked .

Seemed to work for me when I tried it yesterday, I just didn't see any value in it.

Won't Import

I have tried twice to import this file to Ninja Trader. It says there are programming errors and won't import it. I tried downloading it fresh each time. Anyone have any ideas??

Never Mind!!

I tried manually copying each indicator into Ninja and found out that the other VPCI indicator which is posted else where on this forum uses the same name as one of these.. therefore the error. I erased the existing indicator and then this one imported fine.

Verification

I have been working through the article and checking the code of the various parts of this indicator.
I think there are two calculations in the code that vary from what I read the article to say.
1. The Volume Multiplier code uses the VWMA of the price, however I believe the article uses the SMA
2. The Volume Multiplier code uses the Price as the input and I read the article to say that he is using the Vol as his input.

I am hoping that some one will verify this for us. I made the changes and the indicator has smoothed down a little, but the jury is still out as to usefulness
