Sorry, I'm not trying to be annoying . . .

In the indicators window, with GomCD highlighted, I see no menu item specifying "Recording" perse . . . I do see "Write Data" is that it?

Yes, set "Write Data" to True.

          use MS SQL

          Hi!

Thank you for the best indicators!

NT 7 use MS SQL database for save internal information.

Would You can add option write date in MS SQL ?
(may be only one format, example "flat")

I can give You ref to lib and code on c# with XML mechanism work with MS SQL.

          Thank You.

            Storing data in SQL Server

Sounds appealing, but a question: Would the I/O via the database be slower than what the GomRecorder does now -- using Streamwriter to interface with the Windows file system?

If it would be fast enough, this would be a great way to do things.

              Stopped Recording Gom CD

              Hi guys,

My GomRecorder somehow stopped recording when I switched connections from PFGBest to Mirus Zen fire. Is there something I have to reset? It does say Recording OK. Also I got an error when trying to load a chart "Unable to load selected amount in chart. Please select smaller timeframe. Expection SystemOutof MemoryException thrown."
Maybe that has something to do with it?
Any help on this awesome indicator would great.
              I'm using NT6.5 on Windws 7 2.3MHZ 4GB
              Thanks
              Nick

I'm using the GomCD indicator in NT7 b16 and the candlestick widths of the GomCD don't seem to inherit the width from the price candlesticks in panel 1. Does anyone know of a way to change the GomCD bar width independently or is there a way to use the same width that's used with the price bars?

                  Gom volume ladder

                  Hello,

I read about the Gom Volume ladder and that it is a great tool. But I can not find the indicator/script to download. Is it for Ninja 6.5 or Ninja 7?

                  Thank your for your help.

                  Best regards
                  Tony

                      Gom Volume Ladder

                      Hello,

thank you very much for your reply!

I am a "normal" person and beginner and no elite member - so I can´t get it(?).

Thank you again in advance for your information.

                      Best regards

                          Hello,

thank you for your information - and I have done donation. When confirmed I have downloaded (as I have already a lot from NinjaForum) and when I do "utilities-import...." for GomVolumeLadder3[1].4 I get the message: "Import failed. There are NinjaScript fiels in the imported NinjaScript File that have programming errors. These errors must be resolved before you can import..."

Thanks in advance for your help why this happens.

                          Best

Tony, this means you would need to check into your present NinjaScript studies and see which ones are giving issues compiling - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ead.php?t=4678

                              Bertrand,

thank you for your reply. I´ve done so (I know about this issue) with an indicator and also with a strategy. After compiling there appears "Indicator successfully generated" and no error. Moreover, I can import the Gom Volume Ladder3[1].3 (but with 3[1]4 there appears the mentioned error message).Thanks.
