I´m trying to change the BarType MikesRenko. The version which is downloadable in the file sharing section uses (like Renko Charts typically do) Tick-Data. I´d like to change it to using Minute-Data. Of course this will result in unequal brick sizes but it would make me able to backtest on all of my minute data.
I was able to change his code to use Minute-Data for historical time periods´but not for realtime. How can I code the following condition in a bar type:
If 1-Min-Bar is closed begin OR
If FirstTick of 1-Min-Bar begin
Here is a part of his code where I´d like to add the condition described above. The other changes (brickhighs, bricklows etc.) I should be able to do on my own.
