Error Importing Indicator zip

I get an error message when I try to import some shared Indicator files, for example the EdsVolPriceBar_v1.zip or the jtRealStats_3.zip

"Import Failed.The NinjaScript Archive file may contain duplicate method names that already exit on your pc or there is required file missing on either your pc or in the import archive"

Is there any solution?

Hello,

This can mean exactly what the error says, either there are existing files that would be a duplication or there are missing dependencies.

If you have imported these items already and this is a update, you can try removing the existing items from the File -> Utilities -> Remove NinjaScript assembly menu or using the Tools -> Edit NinjaScript menu depending on the type of item.

If this is not the resolution, please email our platform support @ ninjatrader.com and we can either walk through manually installing the item to get the errors to display, or we could test it on our end in a fresh install to see if it is a problem with the file its self.
