I was wondering if anyone has had trouble getting the download for the impulse indicator here to work and if so have they found the reason

Hello,
Are you receiving any errors when loading the indicator?
Can you clarify what is occurring?
Also please verify you have imported the NinjaTrader 7 version of the Elder System and not the 6.5 version.

programing error on elder impulse indicator

Well the problem is i can download it with no problem into my download folder. However, when i try to import on ninja script it downloads its as a strategy instead of as indocator.

AS you know a strategy automatically places orders for one. I dont think this is the way it was intended to be. I called NT support and they also confirmed the problem too. The tech downloaded it into his pc and it did the same thing. He could not find it in the indicator list just the strategy.

It can be run as strategy i guess but one needs to put parameters in there. Right now its just 1.0.0.0

Hello,
I am seeing that this is submitted under the strategies section of the forum. This may be the result of who ever uploaded this item they needed it to run as a strategy. If you would like to have it as an indicator you could create it as a custom indicator through custom NinjaScript programming.
If we can be of any other assistance please let us know.
