I am placing orders using ATI Place, and then giving a cancel command using the order ID that is given, and that shows in theControl Center Orders tab in the ID column.
This works perfectly in SIM but when live it gives an error in the error log.
Live:
When the cancel order is accepted, it shows as this:
7/19/2017 10:12:56 AM ATI AT, 'CANCEL;;;;;;;;;;1534921898;;' processing
then immediately it has this error:
7/19/2017 10:12:56 AM ATI OIF, 'CANCEL;;;;;;;;;;1534921898;;' order with ID/Name'1534921898' does not exist
I also noticed that the SIM order IDs are guids. This shouldn't matter, just mentioning it.
Is there something else I need to take into consideration for live orders?
I am on 64 bit ver: 7.0.1000.34
