How to deal with time filtering and Forex

I saw the time filter sample. Pretty cool. My question is related to the issue of the different time zones of the different global trading zones. If I don't want to trade FX until the Sydney open, its not clear how to do this using the time filtering sample because it uses military time and since it wraps around back to 0, the second part of the conditional test would succeed but the first would fail.

I hope I'm making sense. It's almost as if you have to compare the actual date and time, since tomorrow comes earlier in Australia for people in EST.

    Am I making sense?

In this case it may be easier to work with session begin and session end times for your chart as the filter for trading.
