    Get Values of two low swings in Stochastics

    Hello I would like to use Stochastics in the Swing indicator but need to get it from the Stochastic Indicator not from the Bars. How do we do that?

    THanks!

    Hello r3n3v, thanks for your post.

    You will need to pass in the Swing series into a Stochastics constructor:

    Code:
    private Swing myswing;
    private Stochastics mystoch;

    protected override void OnStartUp()
    {
         myswing = Swing(5);
         mystoch = Stochastics(myswing, 7, 10, 9); //this will specify the Swing series as the Stochasic input series.
    }

      Hi ChrisL,

      As an alternative, can one simply plot Stochastics and substituting Swing indicator for the input series. I recall (when drawing an indicator of another indicator) there was some problems with Stochastics indicator when a different series other than the price series was used.

      Thanks.

        Ok Thanks but how do I get the Last Swing Low Data Value on the Stochastic?

          Hi r3n3v, thanks for your reply.

          Have you already tried using the SwingLowBar method? This is documented on the Swing help guide page:
