create simple alert on ninjatrader8

Hi
I wish to create a simple alert into ninjatrader8.
I have many charts opened, and I wish to have an alert that open a simple popup, if any of the charts have RSI (avg) under value 30.
in this way I can go straight on the chart I'm interested.
how to create such alert?

For the Re-arm type you might want to set it to On Condition Reversed.
