Thanks Ray, but I don't get it.
I want to use the Systema.Data.OleDb namespace that includes the .NET Framework Data Provider for OLE DB. But I get an error when I enter the next sentence (into "Using declarations" region):

Is this supported in .NET 2.0? That is what NT 6.5 is currently running on, anything in a later version of .NET is of course not supported.

Yes,
the Data Provider for OLE DB was included in the .NET Framework version 1.0.

You need to add the appropriate assembly to Editor->Right click->References. Please consult the MS docs for how to properly use additional, standard C# components.
