Market replay events not raised in correct sequence

ScoobyStoo, so far have not been able to reproduce, but will also check on a XP machine here.

It's not a massive problem as I'm coding to work around it, so don't bust a gut on this issue. I'm just concerned that there may be something wrong with my NT builds if you guys aren't able to replicate the same behaviour (and am slightly worried about what else might be fouling up behind the scenes).

Hi Bertrand,

One more thing I have discovered today after a lot of testing.

When using market replay I must have played at least bar of data before adding to my charts any indicators which use the OnMarketDepth() method to build a custom order book. For some reason, if I add the indicators to the chart at the beginning of the replay then these events are never raised and the custom order book is never populated properly.

Any ideas why?
