    End game

    Josh
You tell me to do what I just told you I have tried to do using three different approaches, which I further told you had failed. What I would like you to do is to tell me how any one of them might possibly be made to work as intended.
My end game is quite simply to be able to operate on data in a custom user defined method which was transferred by some unknown means from an indicator or strategy. I am asking for a definition of that means. What further information can I give you that is not contained somewhere in this thread?

try UserMethod (ref v0, ref v1...)
      to:
public void UserMethod (ref double v0, ref double v1...)

        Solved it

        Hi Baruch
Thanks for the tip, but that did not fix it. It turns out that Josh correctly identified the problem early in this thread. "You need to first ensure that you have enough bars to actually access such an index value though." It took me a while to figure it out, but it works fine now. Thanks to Josh and all who helped.
