New Ninjascripts questions about getting started

Hi,

1. If I want to begin creating a custom indicator myself, is there a Ninjascript Developers Kit or something similar I can refer to that has all the info I need to form the correct syntax etc? I have looked through the Programming Development section here and have found only specific answers to specific questions. I am looking for something more general, and a reference resource.

2. If I decide instead to use a Ninjascript Consultant to write my custom indicator for me, who has proprietry control of the script? And if it is given to me, what guarantees do I have that the consultant will not use my ideas and coding to make their own version of my script and resell that? Offering a verbal or written guarantee against it is not good enough for me.

Sorry for the hard question with the latter, but I have been burned before, and do not want it to happen again.

To your second question: that depends on the individual consultant and deal you cut with him, some would offer to sign an NDA if needed I believe - best is to contact them individually and discuss.
