Does NinjaScript support standard .Net preprocessor directives?

Does NinjaScript support standard .NET/C# preprocessor directives -- in particular #if, #else, $endif?

A small experiment did not post any errors, but appeared to compile both sides of the #else.

Yes, I believe this is supported with NT7 but not NT 6.5.
