    Use Math.Max or iterate?

    for(int i = 0;i <= NBar;i++)
    {
    hh = Math.Max(High[i],hh);
    ll = Math.Min(Low[i],ll);
    }

    hh = (MAX(High, NBar)[0]);
    ll = (MIN(Low, NBar)[0]);

    Which is the more efficient/fastest code above?

    Sorry, we would not know. This depends e.g. on the value of "NBar". If code snippet below is your "make or break" point, then I suggest running some tests on your actual use case.

    Note: NT7 comes with an performance optimized version of MIN/MAX.

      max

      Thanks Dierk.
      I noticed the code samples tend to use MAX/MIN and as it's optimised in NT7 I will go with that.
      FYI NBar would probably be a very small number.

      It isn't a make or break thing - just useful to know the correct way to code such a thing.
