Script reads 2 values from file on system

    Hello!

Is is possible to let a script read two values from a text-file? The file e.g. might contain :
    "buy" or "sell"
    1.4321

Based on this information the script will enter long if some additional criteria are met and the actual price is below/above the second value from the file?

Can this concept be implemented using NT?

    regards,
    Stefan

    Reading Text from file

I would suggest you look at the Streamreader example provided by Ninja in the examples section on how to read data from a file. It is certaintly possible. In fact almost anything is with C# / Ninjascript

You may also wish to look at the section of the manual regarding the Automatic Trading Interface or ATI. You can write an order instruction file to your disc and it will be immediately picked up by Ninja. There is also an OIF builder application provided which demonstrates use of these files.
