    Hi james377,

You can code a multi-series strategy and work within this framework but not change primary interval the strategy is applied to.

but is it possible for me to dynamically change the value of that range chart without doing these series, for example chaning the value of the primary series?? i could have 50 series that i would have to make this would be too many for my laptop to process...can you set a variable for the .data class to change the value? is this possible?

Changing the interval programatically is unfortunately not supported.

I understand the question, but since you are working with standard programming language, a lot more things are possible than are supported. Not supported means that NinjaTrader cannot assist with implementation or help with any issues that may come up using unsupported code. Hopefully other community members can offer input on feasibility here.

                James,

This is possible and can be done by creating a custom bar type in NT. I am in the process of creating a dynamic range bar, as well as a dynamic renko bar. If you're interested, send me an email.

                Thanks,
                Anthony
