Activating protected NT indicators - Valid key not working

I am trying to use a netbook (Windows 7) for Ninja Trader. I cannot activate any indicators purchased as part of the t2u Big Mo system indicators on a second computer that I am using while on holiday. When I use my Activation code, I get an 'Invalid Code' message. t2U sent me a second activation code but I get the same response. NT has moved to version 7.1000.6 since the the system was provided to me (at v7.1000.4). Can anyone provide any info on what may cause this or provide a solution.

When I enter activation code I get the following message:

UnexpectedErrorViolation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX Activation'
Cannot insert duplicate key within object 'dbo.Activation'. The duplicate
    key value is (118, PC:AFB5186E0CC37D95E5901E0870711A04).
    The statement has been terminated.

    Hi fleece7,

Thanks for the post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums.

Licensing with NT's built in licensing are associated with the machine ID, so you may need to send t2U your updated machine ID if you recently changed computers.

You'll also want to check that the files sent are designed for the appropriate version of NinjaTrader you're using. Release 4 and release 6 should both take scripts that are protected with CliSecure.

Best is to work with t2U to work out any procedural issues with the licensing system and to check that you're using the right files. If you continue to have issues, please send the latest version of your trace file to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com, attn: RyanM.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    * The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’
