add an alert to cci indicator

Hello there
I just want to add an audible alert to the CCI indicator which will make a sound when it goes over 100. can someone help me with that.

Thank you for your post.

Would you like to program this in your own custom indicator? If you're not familar with any programmignn connecpts, you could create an alert in the Market Analyzer by creating a Column for the CCI indicator and using the alert cell for when the CCI is greater than 100.

Thanks for your message.. i was able to figure it out on market analyser though i see that the values of CCI are different on the market analyser than on the chart .. I think because the chart updates on bar close and market analyser shows tick by tick.. am i correct?

rahmanzr, we're glad to hear that - yes per default the MA would use CalculateOnBarClose = false. You would also want to ensure to use the same session templates for your MA to be able to compare to the chart.

Definitely, you can set this as option in your indicator properties in the Market Analyzer.
