creating custom 'forms' or chart windows

I know this is beyond the support area of this forum. I just need some directions, not necessary to consultants, as I am technical enough to produce complex applications myself, as to the resources and ideas. As I I am a trader, I want to save time of researching this as I know it should be done quite easily.
Basically, I want to create a more user(me) friendly chart windows with some icons representing frequently used draw functions, etc, etc.

little progress

I am able to identify a chart trader control and add more buttons to it but I cannot identify the toolbar window in the Ninja's object's list to work with.
I 'see' the toolbar window as a separate object(Spyy++)
I am searching through all NT's libraries and cannot identify it.
Where can I find more information about programming, NT's architecture and its libraries?
This is beyond the HelpGuide.

I got my way anyway but your link topic is just exactly what I was looking for. I did search your forum but since everyone calls it something different, it was hard to identify it.
