update line/zone without refreshing chart

First time I have seen this, great example done by Rancho Dinero here:

Looks like a side module is built and once prices are put in, it automatically updates on chart without hitting F5( refresh).

I'm looking to build something similar to this, any resources would be wonderful.

Hello redbull4444, unfortunately this tool looks to be created with more advanced C# programming than we would be able to assist here. The default shipped NT ConstantLines indicator though could be used trade planning as well (would support up to 4 lines per default).

disappointed with ninjatrader, you pay 1000$ for license yet basic tools that should be part of the trading package is not even available.
