HLC for RTH session on Default 24/5 chart

Hi all,

Is there a way to get the High, Low, Close for the RTH session on a chart with a different session template? I know I could just go through every single tick and find the max/min high/low and then last tick
of the day.

However, I'd like to be able to add a new timeframe (daily for example) based on the RTH session template.

Is this possible? Can anybody offer another suggestion?

Hi Michael, for the daily bar it would depend which broker / data provider you use and if they offer daily bars based on RTH hours (since daily series are not build based of the NT session definitions). You can also run comparable code like shown in the sample below on your ETH / 24-5 chart to get the values needed - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ead.php?t=8600

I use kinetick. Is there a way to do it with Kinetick?

Unfortunately this is not possible, the daily bars would be build using ETH data. Working with the reference sample contents on intraday data should give you what you seek here.
