    CurrentDayOHL

    Hello,

    Need some clarification please. If I am using the indicator method " CurrentDayOHL().CurrentHigh[ ]" in a custom indicator with COBC set to false. Which of the following will give me the current high whilst the current bar has not yet closed (i.e. the correct current high)?

    CurrentDayOHL().CurrentHigh[0] or CurrentDayOHL().CurrentHigh[1] ?

    Thank you.

    Hello rabcnesbit,

    Thank you for your post.

    The CurrentDayOHL().CurrentHigh[0] is what you are looking for in the case that you wish to pull the high for the session while the current bar has not closed yet.

    0 (zero) will reference the current bar and 1 will reference the previous bar.

    For a reference on Referencing the Correct bar please visit the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ead.php?t=4769

    Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
