    Hello rajeev.009,
Welcome to the forum and I am happy to assist you.

Please make sure you are connected to the External Data Connection.
    • In Control Center menu bar goto File>Connection>External data feed

Once you are connected to the external data feed then try running your custom application.

          NTClient.dll Connection issue

          Hi,

Opened NT7, File-> Connect - >External Data Feed, at below I can see "Connected: External Data Feed" in green, but still connecting issue. I think that particular port is not getting opened.

            Hello rajeev.009,
Unfortunately we only provide limited support for external data applications.

You need to make sure you have appended the symbol in the Instrument Manager (Tools>Instrument Manager)

You can refer to this post which has a working external application and see if you can connect to it
