    DOM ATM Strategy

    Hello, is there a way to set a default ATM strategy on a DOM or to save the ATM strategy on a specific DOM so that when a workspace is launched, it loads that ATM Strategy?

    Hello pman777,

    When you select an ATM Strategy template inside a SuperDOM window and save the workspace the ATM Strategy template will get saved as apart of that SuperDOM inside the workspace when it is launched.

      tx for quick reply. still have issue ... I select my ATM Strategy in my DOM, then I save the workspace. when I close then reopen the workspace that includes the DOM, it does not load the ATM strategy, which I would like it to do. please advise. tx

        Hello pman777,

        Can you confirm that you select a ATM Strategy that is saved by right clicking inside the SuperDOM, select Manage ATM Strategy templates, name the template and press the Save button?

        If yes, could you open a new workspace, close out of any old workspace(s) and try to select an ATM Strategy Template inside a SuperDOM window then save the workspace again?

          I followed your instructions and still, when I reloaded the saved workspace, the DOM/ATM Strategy field says "<None>" and not the my ATM Strategy name which I had in there when I saved the workspace.

            Hello pman777,

            Could you send me your files so that I can look into this.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Make sure to check the "Workspace files and UI Settings" as well as the "Database file' option to the left.

                  thank you JC. the problem was the "*" i placed in the name of my ATM strategies ... once I removed that, it saved it with the workspace!
