changes (of values) in the way an indicator is displayed

I add range bars' indicator to my renko charts. The range bars indicator produces some of simple lines that are printed on the screen but the range bars themselves. When I change anything on the chart or indicator the values change and my display looks different from the live (before changes) data. It is due to the fact that in live mode, the new range bars are created while the renko bars pushed up and down by the price action. When I change anything the whole chart recalculates the range bars and the result is every range bar is produced on the closed renko and range bars. So my charts do look different after any changes to charts.
Obviously, I do avoid the changes but sometimes it is not possible to avoid, like NT crushing, etc.
    Is my understanding correct?
Are there any remedies for that?
Can I preserve the live data and indicators' values?
I saved data as historical but should I do record for market replay?

I hope this makes some sense with anyone?
Thank you and appreciate any help
    David

    DLatNT,

This is due to time independence of these chart styles.

If you right click your chart > go to "DataSeries" > Set "Load data based on" > to "Custom range" and then always ensure the starting date is the same, it can help out.
