Collective2 trades not going through

    Collective2 trades not going through

    Hello,

    I have a problem sending trades to Collective2. I have been sending trades for many months now without any problems and all of a sudden the trades just don't get through. I didn't change anything in my set up. I just swiched trading Crude from nov to dec contract. That's it.

    My account group has always been set to link the sim account to my collective2 system number and the instrument has been set to send trades to Collective2.

    Do you have an idea about what's going on.

    Hi blar58, sorry to hear about the issue - were you resetting instruments perhaps as well as you did the rollover? If you check the CL master instrument would still be showing enabled for C2 as per the mapping used?

          OK

          I will send that to you today. I will wait to see if my first trade still don't get through this morning. I have played with the account group this morning deleting and resetting the settings maybe that will solve something.

              The issue has been resolved, now trades go through.
