Were you able to resolve this matter?

      Rob,

        Hi Patrick!

Thank You for responding to this post.

I'm just curious (and looking down the road) at how developers are selling indicators. I'm sure they're writing stuff that they want to keep to themselves. So, what is the exact process of privatizing the code that you've written? Are there any YouTubes or white papers on this subject?

Also... Where does a published indicator (dll?) live and run? Probably a dumb question, but I assume it's all happening on the clients machine, right? Or, is it associated with an account on a server somewhere else?

Again, thank You for the enlightenment!

        Rob

          Hello Rob,

          Thank you for your response.

You can find most of the details needed at the following link: http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...stribution.htm

The dlls would be on the user's PC in the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom folder.

If you have any further questions after reviewing the details at the link above, please let us know.
