Breakout alert Market Analyzer

New to Ninjatrader for 4 weeks (past ProRealTime).

I look to set up a screener/alert in Market Analyzer to alert me a breakout. I've to handle a custom indicator, but so far I'm not familiar with Ninjascript.

I like to screen on 2 parameters intraday (1alert?)
-> Volume crosses an SMA on Volume (VolumeBreakout indicator)
-> Price above 0.995 times High of day (in range of 0.5% from HOD)

Can anyone help me in these ? Thanks.
