    Entry for principal, no contracts

    Good afternoon, I need a function in ninja scrip to buy a portion of fixed capital, do not buy contracts,

    How I can do?.

    Example; Enterlong (10,000 dollars);

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    You can do this by changing the strategy's settings so that it bases the quantity off of the account size and margin requirements.

    This setting can be applied when starting the strategy and is found in the Order Properties when running a strategy:

    For example. If you typed 10000 in the Account size box, it would trade the largest number of lots possible based on either the market price (equities) or margin requirements (futures/forex)

    Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
