Learn ninjascript programming

Hi at all,
I am a newbie with no experience in programming.
I want to learn programming ninjatrader, could you tell me the link, education and step by step to follow to learn programming ninjatrader programming.

These samples can be downloaded, installed and modified from NinjaTrader and hopefully serve as a good base for your custom works.
