Drawing "Price" Marker on Y axis?

I would like to be able to draw/paint a "price" marker or something that looks like a price marker on the Y axis. There would be no plot associated with it. I just want to be able to draw/paint a value on the Y axis that looks like a price marker. Also, how to remove it if I can draw/paint it? Thank you.

Thanks for your post.

This would not be supported in NinjaTrader, however, there is a thread that discusses this and some of the other forum members have come up with an unsupported way of achieving this.
