    Chart Clock is 10 minutes behind

    Hey guys for some reason, the time clock on my betterrenko and minute charts shows 10 minutes behind the actual time. What could be causing this? The chart is on a VPS, rented server space. So for example, my PC says 1014am eastern, my VPS says 1014am Eastern but my NT chart shows 1004am eastern. How do I fix?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.

    You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.

    Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

    If this does not resolve the matter please go to the File menu on the Control Center > New > Time And Sales... > then select your instrument (right click > Instruments > select an instrument) > are the timestamps listed delayed by 10 minutes as well?

    What instruments are you viewing? And who do you connect to for data?

        Oops!!! It looks like chart shows the correct time but time and sales shows 10 minutes behind, so does the Time[0] in a strategy. Whats next to try? I connect to kinetick and am going against ES futures.

          In the Log tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center are there any messages regarding delayed data for an instrument from your Kinetick connection?

            Hi, sir, yes it says "delayed data for ES because no real-time subscription for the exchange this instrument trades on" but thats odd because i think i have a real-time subscrption?
