Multiple order entries with one DOM click

Hello,

I want to create an ATM strategy that places multiple buy/sell limit orders spaced at predefined distances on the DOM or a chart. For example: enter a buy limit order at 4 ticks below the current price and have 4 more limit orders entered at 4, 8, 12, and 16 ticks below the original entry price. Then when filled on first order have a stop placed 20 ticks below entry price and target limit order placed 8 ticks above the entry price. I can't find any information on the forum about how to do this. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

The automatic submission of the entry orders would need to be done through an automated strategy in NinjaScript. ATM strategies are used on entry orders to submit protective orders, unfortunately there is no option to submit additional entry orders.
