indicator does not appear on weekly TF

I use some third party indicators that work perfectly except: When I load stock tickers in daily, weekly, monthly charts, all indicators work except one of them does not load on the weekly chart only. My settings are all identical. Even when I choose daily or monthly from the weekly drop down it works. Only on the weekly does it stay absent.

Do you have an idea how to fix this?
    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

Some indicators are written to only work for certain bar types.

Are there any messages on the screen that would indicate that intra-day data is required?

Are you able to view the source code of this script? If so, please post the script to this forum.

      No messages at all.

I use the same bar type on everything and they work perfectly.

At this time I do not know how to see the code. If you know how I can, let me know.

I don't know if I was clear enough in my post: the indicators work perfectly on daily and monthly. And all but one work on weekly. If this one indicator works perfectly on daily and monthly, why would it not work on weekly?

If your third party indicator is an assembly, you cannot access the code. In that case you need to contact the vendor of the indicator.

If your third party indicator is an open source file, then you can read the code and find out why it does not work.

Assemblies (extension .dll): Assemblies are located in the folder Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> bin -> Custom.

Open source indicator files (extension .cs): Indicator files are located in the folder Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> bin -> Custom -> Indicator.

They are .dll files. You have no idea why it would not work on weekly TF?

                        Hello,

In order for a drawing object to be printed on a chart the entire drawing object must be visible in the displayed range of the chart. If any anchor point of the drawing object is not included in the visible range of the chart the drawing object is not displayed within the window.

Laredo hijacked my thread. Can you answer my question, Kyle?

The only person who can answer your question is the vendor of the DLL, as nobody else can access the code. Please contact the vendor and ask your question.

                              Hi imalil,

                              Harry is correct.

As the indicator is an assembly (.dll files) we will not be able to view the code of the indicator and determine why the indicator is not behaving as expected.

I highly recommend that you contact the vendor of the indicator for assistance.
