    Hi Taddypole,

    Who is your data provider?

    Please send me your log and trace files to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com.

    I want to see if you are getting a real-time not enabled subscription error for these indexes.

      Chelsea,

      My data provider is CQG.

      I sent the log and trace files which were sent via email to [email protected].

      Please let me know when you receive them. The last 2 times I sent them regarding this issue, no one said they received them.

        Taddypole,

        I have recieved your log and trace files.

        I am seeing the following in the Log (which should also appear in the Log tab of the Control Center in yellow):

        12/19/2014 6:37:24 AM|3|4|CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: DJIUP is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.

        12/19/2014 6:37:25 AM|3|4|CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: DJIDN is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.

        DJIUP is the ^ADV index, DJIDN is the ^DECL index. You are getting an error for both of these instruments.

        Do you have index enabled for your connection?
        Tools -> Options... -> Account Connections... -> select the connection -> click the Change button -> click Next 3 twice
        Is Include index data checked?

          Yes I do have the index enabled for CQG.

          I saw those errors but never realized they were the advancing/declining issues.

          What is strange is if I reload Ninja Script, those values are loaded, but they just don't update in realtime.

          It just makes no sense.

            Hi Taddypole,

            This error message is specific with real-time data.

            Historical data will be received from the NinjaTrader historical data server and does not require a subscription.

            Real-time data does require a subscription.

            I recommend you call your broker and have then indexes enabled for your subscription.

            If you are using the NinjaTrader Brokerage, let me know and I will have someone from the brokerage team contact you.

              I have requested a subscription to the index data for realtime so should have it next week.
