Drawing Tools, Text -> Automatically wrap to new line?

    Howdy--

When I make a note on a chart using Drawing Tools, Text (F12), the resulting text comes out on one line. If I hard return a new line in the dialog box, the two lines come out centered.

Is there a way to have that text wrap within a certain area so that I can keep the note in the proximity of what I'm trying to note?

Also, is there a way to Left Align the resulting text, so that two (or more) lines of text a left aligned together (as opposed to being Center Aligned now)?

    Thanks,

    Aventeren

    Hello Aventeren,

    Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, these features are not available with the charts and draw text.

I will create a feature request on your behalf and submit it to Development for consideration.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thanks, Cal. Maybe something like an expanding "sticky note" or something that you could format however you liked, plus pin it in the appropriate spot.

Given that NT8 is going to be much more open, I imagine that one would be able to code a sticky note feature, but only time will tell.

      Thanks,

      Aventeren
