Can the Add() function use custom types?

Hi, just wondering if the Add() function has a limited set of period types that it can use, or can it use custom types of chart that one may have loaded on their ninjatrader?

For example, if I've downloaded a customized range bar type and installed it, would the Add() function be able to use that?

the end goal is to be able to create an indicator based on multiple "timeframes", or in this case, based on multiple custom range frames.

gubbar924, offically unfortunately not be a supported item, however you can look into adding by their internal slot name .i.e. Add(PeriodType.Custom0, 5); Where you would run into challenges if multiple parameters need to be passed though.
