    Historical & CalculateBarOnClose = false

    Does checking for Historical in a CalculateBarOnClose = false situation work?

    #2
    Hello,

    Thank you for the question.

    Yes this would still be the same with either CalculateOnBarClose set to true or false.

    you can test if a bar is historical or realtime by doing one of the following:

    This would be to check if a bar IS historical
    Code:
    if(Historical)
    {

    }
    This would be to check if a bar IS NOT historical or realtime.
    Code:
    if(!Historical)
    {

    }
    the difference would be the preceding exclamation point defining Not historical in the second example.

    Please let me know if I may be of additional assistance.
