While I appreciate your dedication to exotic animals I would like to point that it is off the topic.

I found the answer on that question myself anyway.

If you are interested why - is because I wanted to use VS2005 as code I did quite bulky and involve creating load of UI elements which is real PITA to do in Ninja editor.

    Thats pretty much it folks.

      Very simple.

If your external application requires a data feed then that's another story.

Which brings up another question... why not code your strategy in NinjaScript? If you've already master C++ and python, then C# is easy enough.

Think about it... You would be coding your strategy that is 100% .NET Framework.
Here's the issue I'm facing. My place already has a trading platform written in c# that's linked to broker X. But it's just an execution platform (something like Turbo Trader 2). Thus it lacks the powerful custom indicators/decision making tools of NJ.. so I wanna do it the another way round..

When NJ gives me a signal from OnBarUpdate(), it passes the signal into my external c# program which executes it with my existing broker.

      anyone tried that before?

mechcow, that is definitely possible. Unfortunately it would be unsupported.
